Counterpart International is soliciting quotations from eligible vendors or individuals for as-needed, ad hoc personnel transportation, vehicle rental, and chauffeur services throughout El Salvador for the Transparency and Integrity Project, a USAID-funded program. As a result of this RFQ, the project anticipates issuing a blanket purchase agreement (BPA)—or possibly multiple BPAs—to establish specific pricing levels and parameters for ordering these services.
