Gustavo D’Angelo

Chief of Party, Rights and Dignity Project

Gustavo D’Angelo is Chief of Party for Counterpart’s Rights and Dignity project. He is a senior leader in international development, with more than 30 years of experience overseeing complex regional operations in Latin America and the Balkans, as well as directing multinational teams in conflict and post-conflict areas.

Over the past seven years he acted as the Pan American Development Foundation’s Chief of Party of the Regional Human Rights and Democracy Activity implemented in Mexico, Guatemala, Honduras, El Salvador, and Nicaragua. During his professional career, he has fulfilled the functions of national and/or regional director of major international NGOs like Action Aid, Save the Children, Oxfam, and CARE International, specifically in Latin America and the Balkans.
