Sarah Saucedo is a recognized privacy, data protection, and Latin America legal expert, known for her pragmatic and risk-based approach to balancing evolving legal and regulatory requirements with business objectives. Saucedo is frequently called on to speak about emerging privacy and data protection challenges facing both the private and public sectors in the United States, Latin America, and globally.

As head of privacy at Corient, Saucedo advises the company on all privacy and data protection matters.

She previously served as vice president, senior managing counsel for Mastercard, where she led privacy and data protection for Mastercard’s Latin America and Caribbean division. Prior to that, she was regional counsel for Visa and regional director of government relations for Hewlett-Packard. Saucedo started her legal career as an associate in the litigation and international arbitration practice at Winston & Strawn in Washington, D.C.

She is admitted to practice law in New York, the District of Columbia, New Mexico, and Florida (as Authorized House Counsel).
