Kevin Pettit serves as Chief Financial Officer at Counterpart International, where he leads the organization’s financial strategy and ensures resources are aligned to support sustainable growth and mission delivery. He plays a key role in strengthening financial systems, enabling effective program delivery, and positioning the organization for long-term resilience.

With more than 25 years of experience, Kevin brings deep expertise in financial leadership across the nonprofit and private sectors, including international development organizations. His background spans financial planning and analysis, global operations, and compliance, with a focus on supporting complex, multi-country programs and strengthening financial performance.

Prior to joining Counterpart, Kevin served as Global Senior Director of Finance at Oceana and held senior finance leadership roles at the National Quality Forum, FHI 360, Chemonics, the Institute of International Education, and Development Alternatives, Inc. He has also served on boards of country offices in Indonesia, Mexico, and Thailand, bringing a global perspective to financial governance and oversight.
