
Tolu Ewherido
Tolu Ewherido is a seasoned global business leader with more than three decades of experience at ExxonMobil, where she held senior executive roles across global operations. Her work spanned strategy, complex project execution, and stakeholder engagement across Africa, the Americas, and Asia Pacific, with a strong track record of delivering results in highly regulated and operationally challenging environments. She led large, multi-country portfolios and high-stakes engagements with governments and commercial partners, bringing a disciplined approach to risk, governance, and value creation.
In addition to operational leadership, Tolu played a central role in major organizational and business transformations, including integrating global technical teams and advancing digital and technology strategies to improve decision-making and efficiency at scale.
Since retiring from ExxonMobil, she has focused on board and nonprofit leadership. She is the Founder and Chair of KiiK Network, which supports women of color in leadership through mentorship and executive development, and serves as Board Chair of the i-Scholar Initiative, helping expand access to global graduate education for African students. She also previously served as a Trustee of the ExxonMobil Foundation.
