Coaching and Mentoring Programs: For more than 10 years, WLI has been training our alumnae to be coaches to other women. WLI offers a unique south-to-south coaching program designed to support our alumnae through the difficulties and challenges that women leaders and managers face in their careers and within their organizations, helping them overcome performance barriers and advance to leadership positions. The process of coaching broadens and deepens relationships with other women leaders, reinforces the application of new knowledge and skills, and guides professional development.  Studies show the influential role female mentors play in a woman’s career. WLI will help organizations design and implement their own coaching and mentoring programs, drawing on our own network of more than more than 100 coaches from 41 countries, or providing tremendous community engagement opportunities for senior women executives within the company or organization.
