Wendy R. Bradford is Counterpart International’s Vice President, Human Resources.  She brings to the organization expertise in strategic planning, talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, human resource processes, performance management, employee relations and conflict resolution – both domestically and internationally.  Wendy is responsible for overall domestic and international human resource functions..

Before joining Counterpart International in 2018, Wendy was Vice President of Human Resources and Operations at the QED Group, where she directed all of the ‘people functions’ of the organization, including talent acquisition, orientation, employee relations, compensation, benefits, learning, and talent development. Prior to that, Wendy was the Director of Human Resources at Creative Associates International, where she developed and implemented international and domestic human resource programs, procedures, and processes related to benefits, compensation, employee relations, performance management, and recruitment.
