Pauline Devinger is senior director of Internal Audit & Risk Management at Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation, where she leads the internal audit and compliance teams spanning multiple African countries and serves as a trusted advisor to the executive leadership on risk evaluation and mitigation. Previously, Devinger worked in various audit and compliance roles, including director of Compliance & Risk Management at FHI360.

Devinger has over 20 years of experience in audit, compliance, and risk management at international development and NGO organizations ranging in size from $120 million to $550 million in annual revenue. She has strengthened compliance oversight and introduced new approaches to risk analysis that enabled better decision-making around critical issues facing international NGOs. She has traveled extensively over the African continent and has deep understanding of the local context, challenges, and opportunities presented in the INGO space.
