US Agency for International Development Executive (Retired)

Hilda (“Bambi”) Arellano retired in 2014 from the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) after a long and illustrious career serving at the highest levels in Afghanistan, Egypt, Iraq, Peru, Ecuador, Bolivia, and Guatemala, among others. Since retirement, she serves as an advisor to USAID, evaluating performance and leading strategic planning for specific USAID Missions. She also served as Director of the Scholars in the Nation’s Service Initiative (SINSI) at Princeton University’s Woodrow Wilson School.
