Chief of Party, Rights and Dignity Project
Eva Rodríguez has extensive experience in human rights, dialogue and project design, implementation, and evaluation. Previously, she served for several years as USAID Rule of Law Specialist, managing projects at the national level in El Salvador.
Eva has also implemented projects as Chief of Party for DPK Consulting/Tetra Tech, and currently as Chief of Party for Counterpart International in the Rights and Dignity Project, co-implemented by Partners El Salvador.
She is co-founder of Fundación Iris -Partners El Salvador and has extensive experience as a trainer in conflict resolution and dialogue skills. Her goal is to enhance effective networks to promote constructive dialogue and human rights, and prevent violence particularly with at-risk youth.
Eva is a CALI fellow of the Aspen Global Leadership Network.
