As a partner at Ernst & Young, Debbie Nolan led the Latin America practice of the firm’s National Tax Department; assisting global companies to develop and implement tax risk management and controversy strategies by working more effectively with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) and regulators worldwide. Prior to that, she served for 34 years as commissioner of the Large and Mid-Size Business Division of the IRS. She is passionate about leadership issues related to diversity and inclusion, mentoring, change leadership and breakthrough performance.
