Brianna Duhaime is a Program Officer at Counterpart International, where she supports democracy and governance programs in the Latin American and Caribbean program portfolio. During her time at Counterpart, she has provided program management support to the entire Latin America program portfolio, enhancing her technical expertise in transparency and accountability programming and open government initiatives. Her technical expertise is in aligning democracy programs and designing activities to support the Open Government Partnership (OGP) initiative in Latin America.

She has presented at the OGP Global Summits in Tbilisi, Georgia in 2018 and Ottawa, Canada in 2019 on improving the coordination of international organizations in support of OGP. S  he also serves as chair of Counterpart’s International Implementer’s Open Government Working Group, based in Washington, D.C.

Prior to joining Counterpart International, Brianna was a research assistant for a non-profit in the Peruvian Amazon where she conducted qualitative research for effective program design.
