[Counterpart’s program] gave me clarity on the direction I wanted to take my career, and it validated my true purpose. I understood through the classes and networking that I actually didn’t want to continue in the private sector. I wanted to start my own non-profit and help other women’s organizations in Nigeria to better achieve their own missions.
