Trona Balkissoon is the chief financial officer for Nestlé’s Out of Home Division – Nestlé Professional Solutions. She oversees finance in the U.S. and Puerto Rico.

She has over 25 years’ experience with Nestlé in both retail and foodservice of consumer packaged goods. In 1997, she joined the Nestlé Canadian business headquartered in Toronto. She held progressive leadership positions in corporate accounting, financial planning and analysis, credit and collections, and as vice president of finance for the frozen division at Nestlé Canada Inc.

In 2014, she transferred to the Nestlé World headquarters in Switzerland as the global chief financial officer for the Confectionery Strategic Business Unit. In 2016, Balkissoon moved to Nestlé Singapore as the chief financial officer and later as the regional chief financial officer for Nestlé Professional Foodservices in Asia, Oceania and Africa. In 2018, she transferred to Nestlé USA in her current position as chief financial officer for the company’s largest foodservice market globally.

Balkissoon also leads Nestlé Professional Solution’s partnership with the Women’s Foodservice Forum. She was appointed to the Women’s Foodservice Forum’s board of directors in 2023. As an advocate for women’s leadership, she is committed to fostering gender equality within organizations and the foodservice industry.
