Carlos Aguilar brings more than 30 years of experience leading major infrastructure and development projects. As CEO of Texas Central Partners, he leads a major infrastructure project to develop the country’s first high-speed passenger train, which will connect North Texas and Houston. Dr. Aguilar also serves as chairman of the board for Bounce Imaging, which is a leading-edge developer of surveillance and first responder intelligence technology. He has participated as principal in over $20 billion of financings across several sectors, most recently as development, project execution lead, and board member of Ivanpah Partners Holdings, owner of the $2.2 billion Ivanpah SEGS, the largest solar power plant in the world.
