The purpose of this RFQ is to request quotes from Individuals for ad hoc contracting upon the for The Rights and Dignity Project’s request for the following services: Recruitment of therapists with clinical experience to respond to the immediate psychosocial needs of both project partners and staff. The Rights and Dignity Project is a USAID-funded initiative implemented by Counterpart International in El Salvador.
