The purpose of this Request for Quotations (RFQ) is to request quotes from registered vendors and individuals for ad hoc contracts upon The Rights and Dignity Project’s request for services related to 1) the layout/design of documents or informational materials; 2) copyediting of documents and informational materials; or 3) printing documents or informational materials, in the digital or offset system, in full color and/or two inks. Counterpart may request one or more of these services depending on the project’s needs. Offerors may submit a bid to provide one or more of the above services. The Rights and Dignity Project is a USAID-funded initiative implemented by Counterpart International in El Salvador.
