The Rights and Dignity Project is a USAID-funded initiative implemented by Counterpart International in El Salvador. The goal of the Rights and Dignity Project is to help strengthen governmental and non-governmental human rights protection systems, resulting in an increasingly tolerant, just, and equitable El Salvador.

The purpose of this RFQ is to request quotes from registered vendors and individuals for ad hoc contracts upon request to deliver one or more of the following services: 1) breakfast, 2) morning snacks, 3) lunch, 4) evening snacks, 5) non-alcoholic beverages. Suppliers interested in bidding can do so for any of the aforementioned services.
