Counterpart International is seeking a qualified firm to implement the baseline study for the newly funded Local and Regional Food Aid Procurement (LRP) Program called Transition d’Alimentation dans les Cantines Scolaires au Senegal (TACSS). This three-year program is funded through a cooperative agreement with the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) and will start in January 2019. The program aims to link farmer organizations producing cowpeas and millet with school feeding programs supported by the USDA-funded McGovern-Dole Program.
The full Terms of Reference of the TACSS project is pending approval with USDA. Interested third parties will have until March 8th, 2019 to prepare and apply. The full ToR will be provided upon request to firstname.lastname@example.org.
