Arlington, VA – Counterpart International recently elected two new experts to their Board of Directors: Steve Milovich and Roldan Trujillo. Both of the new Board Members brings with them decades of experience in global business, organizational development, and finance.
Steve Milovich has a proven track record in global human resources strategy, organization, and leadership development at companies including The Walt Disney Company, PepsiCo, Walker Digital and AlliedSignal/Honeywell International. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President, global human resources, talent and workforce diversity for The Walt Disney Company’s Disney/ABC Television Group, Mr. Milovich has served as a coach and mentor to numerous executives in the U.S., Asia, and Europe throughout his illustrious career, and will bring with him decades of relationships and knowledge of organizational growth strategies. Mr. Milovich told Counterpart that that he is “honored to be a part of a global organization that is building emerging leader and social sector capability in over 25 countries.”
Roldan Trujillo is the Founder and Managing Director of RCT Advisory LLC. Mr. Trujillo has had a vast and varied career working in international finance, and brings to Counterpart over 35 years of experience in corporate and project finance transactions and private equity investments in Latin America and the U.S. Mr. Trujillo was the founding CEO of Corporación Interamericana para el Financiamiento de Infraestructura, S.A., (CIFI); during his tenure, CIFI provided over US$ 1.3 billion in financing to private sector companies. “I’m excited to be a part of Counterpart International’s Board of Directors because of the impact Counterpart’s work has in helping local communities and individuals in developing countries achieve their goals. Counterpart’s mission is unique and very relevant to the needs and desires of the communities which it serves,” said Mr. Trujillo. “I look forward to working closely with the Board and management of Counterpart in helping it reach its full potential,” added Mr. Trujillo.
