Counterpart International’s headquarters and field staff are required to take training and pass uniform tests that specifically focus on four basic areas: avoiding fraud and abuse, a model code of conduct, government contracting, and global anti-corruption and anti-bribery.

Based on a particular staff member’s role in the organization, he or she will receive continued training directly related to the policies and procedures regarding consulting agreements, types of grants and how to contract for goods and services.
