Counterpart partners with leading universities for the ‘NEXT GENERATION IN THOUGHT LEADERSHIP’ series.

Students interested in pursuing careers in international development partner with Counterpart’s technical experts to explore key socio-political challenges – from youth radicalization to extremism, to violence against women, and natural resources management — to produce blogs on civil society and governments’ role in addressing challenges, considering policies currently implemented along with gaps, and provide recommendations for how the international development community can better support reforms.

University partners include the Reiff Center for Human Rights and Conflict Resolution at Christopher Newport University and the University of Dayton Human Rights Center.
