Leadership Training in Action

Women in Management—training, coaching, and mentoring for women leaders. Our program strengthens the capacity of participants to grow their business and overcome challenges. Alumni join a global network of more than 1,000. The program is offered multiple times a year and is open to women worldwide. A recent program evaluation showed that increased public speaking skills, confidence, and overall leadership development of the participants were game changers in both their professional and personal journeys. Two-thirds of the graduates saw greater income as a result. Yet, this is balanced with increased self-care and mental health.

[Counterpart’s program] gave me clarity on the direction I wanted to take my career, and it validated my true purpose. I understood through the classes and networking that I actually didn’t want to continue in the private sector. I wanted to start my own non-profit and help other women’s organizations in Nigeria to better achieve their own missions.
