Request for Quotations (RFQ) for Translation Services

The purpose of this RFQ is to solicit quotations from eligible service providers for as-needed, ad hoc purchases of translation service for documents and other written materials. As a result of this RFQ, Counterpart anticipates issuing a blanket purchase agreement (BPA) — or possibly multiple BPAs — to establish specific pricing levels and parameters for ordering these services
