Request for Proposals (RFP) to Conduct a Final Evaluation of the Food for Progress Project

The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit proposals from qualified individuals or firms to conduct a final evaluation to assess the impact and achievements of the Food for Progress Project in Guatemala, implemented by Counterpart International.

The evaluation will generate lessons learned such that the United States Department of Agriculture (donor) and Counterpart (implementing partner) can achieve more impactful results under future programs and initiatives. The evaluation will take place from June-August 2023.
