RFP: Midterm Evaluation

Counterpart is soliciting bids for a consultant/firm that will carry out the midterm evaluation for the project as described in this Request for Proposals. These services are required under the “The Future is Ours” Program under the McGovern-Dole International Food for Education and Child Nutrition Program by the issuing United States Department of Agricultural (USDA).
