Request for Independent Consultant (RFIC) for Rights and Dignity Project in El Salvador

Counterpart International is soliciting applications for consulting services as described in this Request for Independent Consultant (RFIC). These services are required under the Rights and Dignity Project, an initiative supported by USAID and implemented by Counterpart in partnership with Partners El Salvador and ConTextos. The main objective of the project is to strengthen governmental and non-governmental human rights systems, resulting in a more tolerant, just, and equitable El Salvador.
