Request for Proposals: Food for Education Program Evaluation in Senegal

Counterpart International is seeking an experienced Consultant/Firm to conduct a mid-term assessment for its McGovern Dole International Food for Education and Child Nutrition Program (MGD-FFE) program in Senegal. Although the three-year agreement was signed on September 30, 2014, activities effectively started in February 2016 due to delays with the baseline study. The purpose of the mid-term evaluation is to assist Counterpart International in the systematic collection and analysis of information about the characteristics and outcome of the MGD/FFE program, to improve effectiveness, and to inform management decisions moving forward. This mid-term evaluation will assess intermediate characteristics and outcomes that can be used to improve the program quality and potentially be integrated into future planning.

Counterpart is soliciting quotations from eligible vendors and individuals for as-needed, ad hoc procurement of business development-related services for Counterpart’s headquarters New Business Development (NBD) department. As a result of this RFQ, NBD anticipates issuing one or more blanket purchase agreements (BPAs)—to establish specific pricing levels and parameters for ordering these services. Counterpart is contemplating the purchase or services in a variety labor categories, including proposal management, proposal writing, recruitment, and training.

Request for Quotations: Procurement of De-Worming Medication and Vitamin A

Counterpart International is implementing a United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) funded Food for Education Program in the region of Saint Louis, Senegal. In the context of this program, it is planned and budgeted to purchase de-worming medicine and Vitamin A supplements for distribution to children during de-worming campaigns that are organized every six months throughout the region. Counterpart is seeking a vendor to supply de-worming medication and Vitamin A supplements and deliver the packed medication and supplements via air transportation to the Dakar Airport for Counterpart pick-up.

Request for Quotations: Document Scanning Services

As Counterpart International moves more of its information to digital storage, there is a growing need to process its current backlog of paper records. Counterpart is seeking quotations from eligible Offerors for as-needed, ad hoc purchases of Document Scanning Services. Counterpart anticipates a partnership spanning multiple years with the selected Offeror. Counterpart’s records will be picked up in Arlington, Virginia and returned as needed and as agreed upon between Counterpart and the Offeror.
