Behavior Change Communications

Behavior Change Communication (BCC) involves extraordinary community participation to impact positive behavior change.

Behavior Change Communication (BCC) is a multi-level approach to promote and sustain positive behavior change in individuals and communities. It involves a range of audiences, including individuals, households, the community and even the entire health system.

To create positive and sustainable behavior change, Counterpart International's (Counterpart) programs use traditional folk media in addition to conventional mass media, individual counseling, group presentations, peer education and other multimedia tools.
